Terms & Conditions

1.    Applicants will be accepted on a first come basis.

2.    Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than 5,7,or 9

3.    Any medical conditions must be stated during booking.

4.    Any parent/guardian who does not wish their child to be photographed during a class must inform 1^st Touch Football Ltd in writing.

5.    1^st Touch Football Ltd reserve the right cancel any class due to insufficient numbers. 

6.    1^st Touch Football coaches cannot be held responsible for any accidental injury.

7.    1^st Touch Football reserves the right to remove any child from a class due to severe illness or injury.

8.    1^st Touch football reserve the right change/alter any of these terms and conditions at any time.

9.    1^st Touch football reserve the right to cancel any class due to any safety concerns, Refunds for this must be requested.

10.  1^st Touch football is committed to ensuring that all personal date we hold is processed in accordance with data protection law and that correct data protection practice is imbedded in the culture of our organisation.

11, By signing up to any class you are committing to an ongoing monthly subscription, renewing every month. Any cancelations must be made at least 48 hours prior to new the month.
